Director Global Quality

G2 are currently looking for a Global Quality Assurance Director on a permanent basis.

The client are an international chemical manufacturing company seeking an experienced quality leader to define and drive its global quality strategy across multiple manufacturing sites and business units.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility for ensuring consistent quality standards, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the organisation's global operations.

You will act as the senior point of contact for quality-related matters, overseeing internal and external audits, customer quality requirements, supplier quality performance, risk management, CAPA processes, and regulatory inspections. The role will also play a key part in supporting business growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction through robust quality leadership.

START – Flexible

LOCATION – Amsterdam, Netherlands / Barcelona, Spain

SALARY – €170,000 - €200,000 per annum + Excellent Package

Specification

• 10+ years' experience within Quality Assurance, Quality Management, or Operational Excellence
• Experience within Manufacturing or Production
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-site and/or international quality functions
• Experience leading quality strategy on a global scale
• Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations in highly regulated environments
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English required; additional European languages would be advantageous
