Director, Global Security Technology (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Global Security Technology (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead the strategy and governance for global security technology platforms that support a complex, international business environment. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders across operations, facilities, and technology teams to align security solutions with site design and broader organizational needs. The position also focuses on using analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve consistency, decision-making, and continuous improvement across the security function.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $155,900 – $337,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for global security technology platforms
• Oversee governance and lifecycle management of security technologies
• Develop and implement security solutions aligned with business operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into site design
• Leverage data analytics to enhance decision-making and operational consistency
• Drive continuous improvement in security technology capabilities

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in global security technology leadership roles
• Proven expertise in physical security technology platforms
• Strong background in architecture and governance of enterprise security solutions
• Experience in data analytics and automation for security applications
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across functions and regions
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in security domains
