Director, GTM Enablement, Solution Portfolio

For our client, we are seeking a Director, GTM Enablement, Solution Portfolio to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the strategic enablement roadmap for solution launches and market readiness across the field. The director will lead a team of Solution Portfolio Leads, coordinate governance across business units, and partner closely with product, marketing, sales, and enablement peers to drive consistent execution and measurable impact.

A key focus of the position will be prioritizing incoming strategic initiatives, balancing competing demands, and establishing standards that improve content quality, learning effectiveness, and field readiness. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of leadership, cross-functional influence, and scalable GTM enablement experience in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $187,800 – $281,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic roadmap for product and market launches, ensuring field readiness is prioritized
• Lead and develop a team of Solution Portfolio Leads while driving performance benchmarks
• Manage governance and enablement operations across multiple business units for consistent launches
• Act as the primary liaison for incoming strategic initiatives, curating and prioritizing offerings for delivery
• Maintain a clear portfolio view of enablement needs, managing competing priorities effectively
• Collaborate with enablement peers to identify and implement advanced learning modalities beyond core content
• Establish and maintain measurement standards for content quality and field readiness to guide future investments

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enablement, go-to-market strategy, or a related field with a focus on scalable execution
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing senior individual contributors
• Proven ability to translate complex strategies into cohesive enablement plans
• Strong communication skills for engaging with executive teams and presenting recommendations effectively
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams
