Lead the strategy for enterprise-wide HR risk assessments, utilizing advanced data analytics and predictive methodologies to detect compliance anomalies in working hours, compensation, foreign labor management, and employee relations. Oversee the deployment of scalable data solutions to continuously monitor and remediate systematic compliance gaps.

Formulate, implement, and audit governance controls regarding global mobility, cross-border workforce, and foreign workers (including visa/residency statuses, labor quota, and anti-discrimination mandates), ensuring full compliance with national security, immigration, and labor standards laws.
