Director, HR Systems & Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Director, HR Systems & Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space.

This role will lead the strategy and oversight of HR systems, analytics, and technology governance across the organization. You will serve as a key partner to HR leadership, IT, and business stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen employee experience, and support data-driven decision-making. The position also plays a central role in shaping the HR technology roadmap and ensuring investments deliver measurable business value.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR business owner for the HR technology portfolio
• Develop and maintain a multi-year HR technology roadmap
• Establish governance for HR technology initiatives and investments
• Partner with HR leadership to improve processes and employee experience through technology
• Lead discussions to ensure alignment among HR, IT, and business stakeholders
• Monitor and report on the progress of technology investments to leadership
• Stay current on HR technology trends and innovations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
• 5+ years in HR technology, operations, people analytics, or related roles
• 5+ years of leadership experience influencing cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of Workday functionality and HR processes
• Experience developing HR technology roadmaps and governance processes
• Success partnering with IT to deliver tech-enabled solutions
• Experience developing workforce analytics and executive dashboards
