Director Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Leadership & Organizational Design

• Partner directly with the CXO suite to translate business expansion plans into scalable workforce strategies.
• Design and lead enterprise change management initiatives as the company integrates new AI capabilities, cross-border acquisitions, and global business units.
• Drive workforce analytics, headcount planning, and HR budgets, using data to inform board-level decisions on productivity and attrition.

2. Tech & Niche Talent Acquisition

• Lead global talent acquisition strategies to recruit top-tier talent across AI/ML engineering, product, enterprise B2B sales, and cloud architecture.
• Direct executive hiring and build succession plans for business-critical leadership roles.
• Elevate the company's global employer brand across major developer, AI, and enterprise tech networks.

3. Performance Management & Total Rewards

• Oversee continuous performance management frameworks (OKRs/KRAs) to foster accountability across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.
• Formulate competitive compensation, equity (ESOP), and executive incentive plans aligned with global tech industry benchmarks.
• Lead annual appraisal cycles, performance calibration, and leadership development programs.

4. Global and Domestic HR Operations & Digital Transformation

• Oversee the deployment and scaling of enterprise HRIS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, Workday) and integrate AI automation across everyday HR workflows.
• Build high-touch onboarding, remote/hybrid integration programs, and candidate experience initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement, culture initiatives, and DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) strategies across multi-geography hubs.

5. HR Governance, IR & Compliance

• Ensure statutory labor compliance across all operating regions, including Indian Labor Laws,
• Manage risk, workplace governance, POSH frameworks, and corporate grievance resolution.
