New IT Infrastructure Director - Global Semiconductor Leader - Up to 22M JPY

■Responsibilities

・Strategic Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee global strategy, architecture, and governance for IT infrastructure across diverse environments.

・Operational Excellence & Alignment: Drive sustainable operating models, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement to ensure infrastructure development remains consistent and fully aligned with business priorities.

・Leadership & Stakeholder Partnership: Build and coach high-performing senior leadership teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize investment and service outcomes.

【Required Experience And Skills】

・Proven Senior Leadership: Significant experience at the Director level managing complex IT infrastructure environments.

・Strategic & Operational Capability: Hands-on leader capable of driving long-term strategy while ensuring day-to-day operational excellence through periods of growth and organizational change.

・Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong track record of partnering with engineering teams and senior stakeholders to align priorities across global, regional, and local teams.

・Bilingual Proficiency: Business-level or higher fluency in both Japanese and English.
