Director, Integrated Strategy

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Integrated Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will drive integrated brand strategy efforts that connect audience insights, messaging, and creative direction into a cohesive plan. The Director will translate research and data into actionable implications that inform brand development and lifecycle thinking. In partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership, this leader will shape strategic narratives, guide brief development, and keep workstreams aligned to business objectives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategy components, including audience insights and messaging
• Translate research and data into strategic implications
• Lead the creation of creative briefs and strategic narratives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand direction
• Independently manage brand-planning and lifecycle workstreams
• Present strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams
• Coordinate strategic inputs across various disciplines

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in brand strategy or a related field
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Strong understanding of audience-led brand development
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and projects
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with senior leadership
