Director, Integrated Workforce Solutions

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Integrated Workforce Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will lead the strategy and delivery of enterprise workforce technology solutions that support a complex, global organization. The position will shape architecture, roadmaps, and investment decisions across HR and workplace platforms, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled automation and business-aligned outcomes. You will partner closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to translate technical capabilities into scalable workforce solutions that improve efficiency, decision-making, and ROI.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $174,500 – $348,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and scale enterprise workforce architecture leveraging Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft technologies
• Lead the piloting and implementation of AI, automation, and intelligent workflows
• Define multi-year roadmaps for workforce product portfolios focused on business outcomes
• Develop business cases for technology investments and track ROI metrics
• Advise HR, IT, and business executives on translating technical strategies into business language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in HR/workforce technology or enterprise applications
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams or managing product portfolios
• Strong knowledge of strategic architecture across Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft platforms
• Demonstrated success in architecting AI-enabled workforce tools
