  • Regulatory Rigor: Guarantee strict compliance with HKEX Listing Rules, financial reporting standards, and governance protocols across all corporate communications.

3. Capital Markets Outreach & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Investor Relations Management: Cultivate and expand deep relationships with institutional fund managers, sell-side research analysts, ESG managers, and credit rating agencies.
  • Global Targeting: Design and execute global roadshows, site visits, and flagship Capital Markets Days to expand and diversify the international shareholder register.
  • Company Spokesperson: Serve as a trusted, primary representative for the Group in high-stakes meetings with the global investment community.

4. Market Intelligence & Board Advisory

  • Market Surveillance: Oversee surveillance of shareholder register movements, trading patterns, market consensus, and peer group performance.
  • Strategic Insights: Synthesize market sentiment, macroeconomic trends, and valuation drivers into high-impact recommendations for executive leadership and the Board.

5. ESG Integration & Corporate Governance

  • Sustainability Messaging: Drive external messaging and positioning around ESG performance, carbon reduction targets, and responsible supply chain practices.
  • Rating Agency Strategy: Manage proactive outreach to key ESG rating bodies and sustainability-focused investment funds to enhance corporate governance ratings.
