Director IT Infrastructure

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and Active Directory.
• Provide technical support to end-users on desktop issues and troubleshoot hardware problems.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies and software updates across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data security and backup systems.

Job Requirements :

• 12-19 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, server administration, and network protocols.
• Excellent office administration skills with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
