Director, Lifecycle Marketing

For our client, we are seeking a Director Lifecycle Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Media environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $140,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead client management and foster relationships with stakeholders
• Oversee client onboarding and transitions for seamless experiences
• Provide coaching and timely feedback to team members
• Collaborate with leadership to meet financial objectives
• Implement innovative marketing tactics and stay ahead of industry trends
• Develop and execute high-level client education strategies
• Integrate lifecycle marketing channels to enhance customer engagement

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Email & SMS Marketing roles
• 3-4 years of management experience
• Expertise in at least one ESP and one SMP, preferably Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, or SFMC
• Demonstrated success in data analysis for marketing decisions
• Advanced computer skills including Google Suite, Excel & PowerPoint
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
