Director, Marketing AI Orchestration

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Marketing AI Orchestration to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the AI orchestration layer that powers marketing operations and helps scale how the organization plans, executes, and measures work. The position will partner closely with marketing, enterprise AI, and other cross-functional stakeholders to turn technical capability into practical business adoption. It is a highly strategic and hands-on opportunity for a leader who can balance platform thinking, responsible AI governance, and measurable marketing impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $151,000 – $271,040 annually

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement the AI orchestration layer for effective marketing operations
• Develop a capability roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on marketing impact
• Integrate AI capabilities into marketing workflows for seamless adoption and usage
• Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of the orchestration layer and report results
• Implement governance protocols for brand safety, privacy, and responsible AI usage
• Advocate for marketing's interests in the organization's broader enterprise AI strategy

Qualifications

• 10+ years in platform engineering, AI/data product, or marketing tech experience, with a proven record of shipping impactful platforms
• Extensive hands-on experience with modern AI technologies, including agents, orchestration frameworks, and MLOps
• Proven ability to drive technology adoption within non-technical organizations by engineering for success
• Strong product sense with exceptional architectural judgment leading to tangible outputs
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to executive leadership
• Experience building AI-native systems in marketing or customer-facing environments
• Focus on delivering measurable impact rather than purely theoretical projects
