Azizi Developments is a leading UAE-based private real estate developer with a growing portfolio of landmark residential and mixed-use developments. Our corporate functions play a critical role in supporting the Group’s strategy, growth, governance and long-term business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

A. AI Strategy and Leadership

• Develop and execute the company's AI strategy, transformation roadmap, and implementation priorities in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases across business units, departments, and project operations.
• Establish an AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) to promote best practices, standardization, knowledge sharing, and responsible AI adoption.
• Advise senior management on emerging AI technologies, industry trends, investment opportunities, and potential business impact.
• Develop business cases, investment proposals, budgets, and implementation plans for AI initiatives.
• Establish performance indicators to measure AI adoption, productivity improvements, cost savings, and return on investment (ROI).

B. AI Solutions and Implementation

• Lead the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI-powered solutions, including machine learning, generative AI, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics.
• Oversee the implementation of AI assistants, enterprise chatbots, document intelligence, knowledge management systems, and workflow automation.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise applications, including ERP, CRM, HRMS, project management, and business intelligence platforms.
• Drive the use of AI to automate repetitive tasks, improve processing accuracy, reduce manual intervention, and accelerate decision-making.
• Evaluate and manage AI platforms, large language models (LLMs), cloud-based AI services, and third-party AI solutions.
• Ensure successful deployment of AI solutions through proof of concepts (PoCs), pilot projects, user acceptance testing, and controlled production rollouts.

C. Real Estate and Property Development Applications

• Implement AI-driven solutions for project planning, construction progress monitoring, resource optimization, and project risk forecasting.
• Leverage predictive analytics to support property pricing, market demand forecasting, sales performance analysis, and investment decisions.
• Drive AI-enabled lead scoring, customer segmentation, sales forecasting, and personalized customer engagement.
• Introduce intelligent customer service solutions for buyer inquiries, property information, booking support, and post-sales services.
• Explore AI applications for property valuation, portfolio performance, leasing optimization, facilities management, and predictive maintenance.
• Apply AI to analyze project documents, contracts, tenders, technical specifications, reports, and other business-critical information.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to identify opportunities for AI-enabled reporting, operational planning, and business performance monitoring.

D. Data Strategy and Advanced Analytics

• Establish the data and analytics capabilities required to support reliable, scalable, and effective AI implementation.
• Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to improve data quality, accessibility, consistency, and integration across enterprise systems.
• Oversee the development of predictive models, forecasting tools, analytical dashboards, and AI-powered decision-support solutions.
• Define standards for data preparation, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Promote the responsible use of internal and external data while protecting confidential business information and personal data.

E. AI Governance, Security and Compliance

• Establish AI governance policies, standards, procedures, and approval frameworks in coordination with IT, Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and other relevant departments.
• Ensure AI initiatives comply with applicable UAE laws, regulations, contractual obligations, data protection requirements, and company policies.
• Implement controls addressing data privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual property, model risks, bias, transparency, and accountability.
• Assess and manage risks associated with generative AI, third-party AI platforms, automated decision-making, and unauthorized use of AI tools.
• Establish procedures for human oversight, model validation, incident reporting, and ongoing risk assessment.
• Coordinate with Information Security teams to ensure appropriate access controls, data protection, and secure integration of AI solutions.

F. Team Leadership and Capability Development

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing AI team comprising relevant specialists such as AI engineers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI solution architects.
• Define team structures, responsibilities, resource requirements, and professional development plans.
• Promote collaboration between AI, IT, data, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Develop AI awareness and capability-building programs for employees and managers.
• Lead change management for AI initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training and user adoption, so that AI solutions are embedded in day-to-day operations

G. Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement

• Define and monitor KPIs for AI initiatives, including productivity, process automation, cost efficiency, adoption, accuracy, service quality, and ROI.
• Monitor the performance, reliability, and business effectiveness of deployed AI models and applications.
• Conduct periodic reviews to identify opportunities for optimization, expansion, or retirement of underperforming solutions.
• Ensure AI projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Provide regular management reports covering AI portfolio performance, benefits realization, risks, and future opportunities.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or Technology Management is preferred.
