Director of Community Relations Coordination

Overview

The Director of Community Relations Coordination is a vital leadership role responsible for fostering strong relationships between the organization and the community. This position involves developing and executing community outreach strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and promoting mental health initiatives through effective communication and engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in community engagement, outreach, and relationship management, with a focus on public presentations and marketing efforts aimed at enhancing community well-being.

Duties

• Lead and oversee community engagement initiatives to build meaningful partnerships with diverse community groups.
• Develop and implement comprehensive community outreach programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage relationships with community stakeholders, clients, and partners to foster trust and collaboration.
• Coordinate and deliver public presentations for community outreach events, promoting mental health awareness and services.
• Design and execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility and engagement within the community.
• Facilitate communication between the organization and the community to ensure responsive and effective interactions.
• Oversee project management activities related to community programs, ensuring timely delivery and impactful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate community relations efforts into broader organizational initiatives.

Experience

• Proven experience in community engagement, outreach, and relationship management.
• Strong background in client communication and public speaking for community outreach purposes.
• Experience in project management within a community or mental health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with marketing strategies tailored to community audiences.
• Prior involvement in mental health initiatives or organizations is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of mental health issues relevant to community work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse populations and stakeholders.

Pay: $66,500.00 - $80,200.00 per year
