Director of Construction Management – Engineering Projects

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or architecture engineering from a recognized university.
• A master’s degree in construction management or project management is preferred.
• Holding a Project Management Institute (PMP) certification or its equivalent is preferred.
• A certification in Construction or Contract Management such as FIDIC or its equivalent is preferred.
• Certifications in Quality or Safety (ISO / NEBOSH) or their equivalent are preferred.
• Minimum 15–18 years of experience in project execution.
• At least 7 years in a leadership position (Construction Manager / Construction Director).
• Proven experience in managing large-scale internal fit-out projects.
• Proven experience in supervising Design & Build projects from an execution perspective.
• Proven experience in managing electromechanical (MEP) systems works within the execution environment.
• Prior experience in working within a PMC or as Client Representative in similar projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously (Multi-site Management).
• Proven ability to lead large teams of contractors and consultants.
