Director of Development

Development Director – Luxury Hospitality

We are supporting a major developer with the appointment of a Development Director to lead the delivery of a high-profile luxury hospitality development.

We are looking for an experienced development professional with a strong track record delivering

luxury hotels and resorts from concept through to completion .

The successful candidate will ideally bring:

• Extensive luxury hotel and resort development experience

• Experience delivering island, coastal or destination resorts highly desirable

• Strong architecture, design or design management background

• Full development lifecycle experience, from feasibility and concept design through construction, handover and opening

• Experience managing international hotel operators, architects, consultants and contractors

• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality design standards and guest experience

• Experience delivering complex, design-led hospitality projects

• Middle East experience beneficial but not essential

This is a senior leadership opportunity working on a unique destination development with a significant focus on design quality, luxury hospitality and placemaking .
