Director of Interior Design – Engineering Projects

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture engineering from an accredited university.
• Master’s degree in interior design or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in Interior Design, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience managing prestigious fit-out projects, including government offices, public buildings, or high-profile developments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Design & Build and PMC project environments.
• Hands-on experience reviewing materials, finishes, and vendor proposals while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Professional certifications such as LEED AP, WELL Accreditation, PMP, or equivalent are considered an advantage.

• Strong understanding of sustainability principles and modern workplace design trends.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic language proficiency is considered an advantage.
