Director of Menu Development

Culver Franchising System, LLC is looking for an experienced Director of Menu Development to lead long-term menu strategy, innovation, and culinary team development. By connecting guest insights, brand priorities, operational realities, and market trends, this role will shape the Culver’s menu to strengthen brand relevance, support restaurant success, and drive sustainable growth.

If you are someone who:

• has a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Business, Marketing or Hospitality and 10+ years relevant work experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• has leadership experience in menu strategy, culinary innovation, product development, or related discipline in the restaurant industry
• has 3+ years of relevant people-management responsibilities
