Director of Nursing (DON) – Registered Nurse

Lead a dedicated nursing team in a long-term care setting, ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and clinical excellence.

What You'll Do:

• 👩 ⚕️ Lead and supervise the nursing department and clinical staff
• 📋 Oversee resident care, EMR compliance, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness
• 🤝 Manage staffing, scheduling, hiring, and staff development
• 🏡 Promote exceptional, resident-centered care in a supportive environment

Requirements:

• ✅ Active RN license
• ✅ Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• ✅ BLS/CPR certification
• ⭐ Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• ⭐ Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
