Director of Nursing - Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Director Of Nursing - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $126,506 – $210,858 annually

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing department activities and oversee staff schedules to meet patient needs
• Implement and manage centralized scheduling for nursing personnel
• Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices
• Oversee selection and training of nursing staff in the assigned locations
• Collaborate with Operations Leadership on departmental budgets and financial planning
• Maintain supply levels and manage equipment purchases within budget
• Assess patient suitability for home care and provide training on patient care standards

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in the relevant state
• 6+ years of experience in home health or infusion care
• 3+ years in a nursing leadership capacity
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Competency in clinical management of home infusion patients
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
