What they need
Director of Operations
Help Shape the Future of Regenesis
Regenesis Equipment is a rapidly growing company in the aesthetics and wellness industry. We partner with med spas, wellness clinics, healthcare providers, and entrepreneurs across the country by providing innovative equipment, education, marketing support, and business consulting that helps our clients grow successful businesses.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Director of Operations to help strengthen our internal operations and support the next phase of our growth.
We've built a strong foundation, but we're still early enough that the right person will have a meaningful impact on how we operate, how our team works together, and the experience we create for both our employees and our clients.
We're looking for someone who enjoys bringing organization to growing businesses, building efficient systems, developing people, and creating processes that help teams succeed.
If you're excited by the opportunity to help build something exceptional, we'd love to meet you.
About the Role
As Director of Operations, you'll work closely with the CEO and department leaders to improve day-to-day operations across the company.
You'll help develop systems, improve communication, strengthen accountability, and ensure projects and priorities continue moving forward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating structure, and helping teams work more effectively together.
This is a fully remote position, so we're looking for someone who is highly organized, communicates proactively, takes ownership of their work, and collaborates effectively with a remote team.
You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping shape the way Regenesis continues to grow.
What Success Looks Like
During your first 12 months, we'd love to see you:
- Improve operational systems that support our continued growth.
- Establish consistent planning, communication, and accountability across departments.
- Help department leaders become more effective through coaching and operational support.
- Improve the client experience from the sales process through implementation and ongoing support.
- Create reporting and KPIs that help leadership make informed decisions.
- Improve efficiency across the organization while maintaining a positive team culture.
- Help build a strong operational foundation for the future.
What You'll Own
You'll take ownership of many of the company's operational initiatives, including:
- Daily operational processes
- Cross-department communication
- Operational systems and process improvement
- KPI tracking and reporting
- Project management and execution
- Leadership support and accountability
- Hiring and onboarding support
- Operational planning
- Customer experience improvements
- Continuous process improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to support company priorities and initiatives.
- Improve day-to-day operations across departments.
- Build and refine systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Coach and support department leaders in achieving team goals.
- Create accountability through organized follow-up and performance tracking.
- Improve communication and collaboration across teams.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through implementation.
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and accountable team culture.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping organizations grow.
You like solving problems, creating structure, and finding better ways to help teams work together. You understand that growing businesses naturally experience change, and you enjoy helping bring clarity and organization during those periods of growth.
You're proactive and take ownership of your work. You don't wait for someone to tell you what needs attention—you identify opportunities, communicate clearly, and help move projects forward.
You're both strategic and practical. You enjoy thinking about the bigger picture while also being willing to jump in and help wherever needed. You're comfortable wearing multiple hats and adapting as priorities evolve.
You're naturally curious and enjoy learning how different parts of the business work. Rather than making assumptions, you ask questions, gather information, and look for thoughtful ways to improve processes.
Most importantly, you're someone people enjoy working with. You lead with humility, emotional intelligence, integrity, and kindness. You build trust, communicate openly, and enjoy mentoring others. You believe great leadership comes from supporting people, building relationships, and setting a positive example.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience in operations, business management, project management, or a similar role.
- Experience improving operational processes and workflows.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
- Experience managing projects across multiple departments.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Preferred Experience
Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:
- Health and wellness
- Medical aesthetics
- Medical device or equipment companies
- Distribution or logistics
- Sales operations
- Marketing operations
- Customer success
- Business consulting
- EOS, Lean, Six Sigma, OKRs, or similar operational frameworks
How Success Will Be Measured
Success in this role isn't measured by how busy you are—it's measured by the positive impact you have on the business.
You'll help us:
- Improve operational efficiency.
- Strengthen communication across departments.
- Build consistent accountability throughout the organization.
- Improve the client experience.
- Keep projects moving forward.
- Support sustainable company growth.
- Create systems that help the business operate more effectively.
This Role May Not Be the Right Fit If...
This position is best suited for someone who enjoys building and growing alongside a company. It may not be the right fit if:
- You prefer organizations where every process is already established.
- You'd rather maintain existing systems than improve them.
- You prefer waiting for direction instead of taking initiative.
- You're uncomfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve.
- You don't enjoy coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with others.
- You prefer working independently rather than partnering across multiple departments.
- You're more energized by identifying problems than helping solve them.
The right person will enjoy building alongside a growing team and will see change as an opportunity rather than an obstacle.
Why Regenesis?
This is an exciting time to join our team.
We've built strong momentum and have ambitious goals for the future, but we're still at a stage where one great leader can have a meaningful impact on how we continue to grow.
You'll work closely with our leadership team, help improve how the company operates, and play an important role in strengthening our systems, supporting our people, and helping us continue building a company we're proud of.
If you're looking for a role where your ideas are valued, your work makes a difference, and you'll have the opportunity to grow alongside the business, we'd love to hear from you.
