NOVA Plastic Surgery is a growing, specialty healthcare organization seeking an experienced Operations Director to help lead and optimize day-to-day operations while supporting continued organizational growth. NOVA Plastic Surgery operates in a high-growth, service-intensive specialty healthcare setting with a strong emphasis on client experience and clinical excellence.

Position Overview

The Operations Director will oversee operational performance across multiple locations, ensuring that teams, processes, and resources are aligned with organizational goals. This role will work closely with leadership and clinical teams to improve operational efficiency, support business growth, maintain a high standard of patient experience, and develop scalable systems as NOVA Plastic Surgery expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
• Develop and implement operational processes, systems, and best practices to support organizational growth.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative leadership to ensure alignment across locations.
• Support staffing, scheduling, workforce planning, and team development.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to operational performance, productivity, patient experience, and business growth.
• Identify operational challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Help standardize processes while maintaining flexibility across different locations and teams.
• Support the implementation of new technologies, services, and operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and execution.
• Ensure teams have the resources, structure, and support needed to perform effectively.
• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
• Support the opening, integration, or expansion of additional locations as NOVA Plastic Surgery grows.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced operations leader with a background in healthcare or a closely related service-based industry, ideally with experience managing operations across multiple locations. We are looking for someone who is:

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in healthcare or specialty service-based operations or a similar industry.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations, practices, or business units.
• Experience working closely with clinical providers in a patient-facing environment.
• Experience in a growth-oriented organization is strongly preferred.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
