Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee daily business operations, improve organizational efficiency, and support the company's strategic growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with executive leadership to develop operational strategies, optimize business processes, and lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee daily operations and improve overall business performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective collaboration.
• Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, and cost efficiency.
• Establish performance standards and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and business expansion.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management or business leadership.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in financial services, technology, or growing organizations is preferred

Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
