This is more than managing daily operations. You'll be responsible for leading our Kingston office, developing a high-performing team, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering exceptional client care, and driving growth throughout the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton market.

You'll work directly with executive leadership and have the autonomy, support, and resources to make a measurable impact.

If you're energized by challenges, motivated by results, and passionate about developing people, we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

Lead Operations & Build High-Performing Teams

  • Take ownership of daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, recruiting, and service delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop office staff while fostering a culture of accountability, urgency, and excellence.
  • Establish clear expectations, measure performance, and hold your team accountable for results.
  • Proactively identify challenges, solve problems, and continuously improve operational efficiency.

Drive Growth & Business Performance

  • Own office performance, including referrals, admissions, revenue, client retention, and profitability.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with clients, caregivers, and community referral partners.
  • Drive timely referral follow-up, admissions, and new client starts.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and grow our market presence.
  • Create a growth-minded culture where every team member contributes to success.

Ensure Compliance & Exceptional Care

  • Maintain compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Health regulations and company standards.
  • Oversee caregiver credentials, personnel files, training, documentation, and survey readiness.
  • Ensure clients and families receive reliable, compassionate, high-quality care.
  • Address service challenges quickly while maintaining strong client and caregiver satisfaction.

Own the Results

  • Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to achieve business goals.
  • Improve caregiver recruitment, retention, and staffing fulfillment.
  • Manage operational expenses, labor efficiency, and overall profitability.
  • Partner with executive leadership to execute growth strategies and improve performance.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a driven, accountable leader who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in home care, home health, hospice, healthcare, senior living, or a service-based business.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, improve operations, and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of staffing, scheduling, recruiting, and employee development.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
  • Business-minded with the ability to drive growth, manage performance, and improve profitability.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Pennsylvania non-medical home care and Department of Health compliance experience strongly preferred.

What Success Looks Like

  • A high-performing team that takes ownership and delivers results.
  • Strong regulatory compliance and consistent survey readiness.
  • Reliable staffing, strong caregiver retention, and exceptional client satisfaction.
