Director of Operations - Forensics

We are looking for a licensed Professional Engineer to lead and grow a forensic practice, combining hands-on technical work with team and business leadership.

The role: You’ll lead investigations into structural failures and building performance issues, review findings and repair recommendations, and support expert and dispute-related work where needed. You’ll also manage project delivery, mentor a team of engineers, and build client relationships and new business.

Requirements:

• Active PE license
• Degree in Civil, Structural, or a related engineering discipline
• 10+ years in forensic or structural engineering, failure analysis, or building investigations
• Proven team leadership, business development, and financial oversight

Preferred: SE license, expert witness or litigation support experience
