Your Profile

Background

• Degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)

📌 Experience

• 10+ years in Product Design

• 5+ years managing and scaling design teams

• Experience in fintech, digital services, or tech-driven environments

🧠 Expertise

• Strategic product design leadership

• End-to-end design process (research to implementation)

• Strong knowledge of design systems and accessibility standards

• Experience in agile product environments

• Strong business acumen and ability to balance user, tech, and business needs
