Provides HTM capital planning support through asset data analytics, equipment lifecycle assessment, technology forecasting, replacement planning, project management, client consulting, and manufacturer engagement to optimize healthcare investments.

About The Job This role is ideal for a hands-on, strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of operations, client service, and performance excellence. You’ll oversee key functions that support high-impact client accounts, ensuring seamless service delivery, operational compliance, and alignment with broader business goals.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $134640 per year - $174240 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
