Director, Process Intelligence - Results Delivery Office

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Process Intelligence - Results Delivery Office to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will lead enterprise process intelligence efforts that support large-scale transformation and measurable business outcomes. The position will translate strategic priorities into execution plans, strengthen governance, and help scale automation and process optimization across the organization. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment, drive adoption, and realize value from improvement initiatives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $175,418 – $237,331 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of process intelligence activities for enterprise transformation
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with measurable outcomes
• Drive value realization through process optimization and automation
• Develop support structures to scale process intelligence adoption
• Build knowledge repositories of process insights and best practices
• Support governance framework establishment for process intelligence
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 7 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 9 years in relevant fields
• Proven leadership skills to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives
• Deep expertise in process mining and performance optimization tools such as Celonis and UiPath
• Strong knowledge in establishing governance frameworks and value tracking mechanisms
• Exceptional communication skills to influence and align senior stakeholders
