Director, Program Delivery and Execution

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Program Delivery and Execution to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This leader will guide enterprise program delivery with a strong focus on cross-functional execution, governance, and operational discipline. The role will partner closely with executives and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are planned, tracked, escalated, and delivered effectively. It is also responsible for strengthening standards, coaching program leaders, and improving how work moves across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring deep PMO and transformation experience along with proven people leadership, helping the team drive consistency, visibility, and measurable execution outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $144,000 – $185,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of program and project managers
• Provide strategic direction for cross-functional programs
• Establish and maintain project management standards
• Oversee program planning, tracking, and escalations
• Coach the team on stakeholder engagement and risk management
• Ensure clear communication with executives about initiatives
• Drive improvements in project execution and operational processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 10+ years in enterprise PMOs or transformation programs
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple enterprise programs
• Experience with executive-level stakeholder management
