Director, Program Manager - Remote in US

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Program Manager - Remote in US to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will lead complex IT program delivery across multiple technology domains in a remote U.S. setting, with a strong focus on governance, planning, and execution. The Director will partner closely with client executives and internal stakeholders to ensure programs stay aligned to business outcomes, budgets, and timelines. Success in this position will require a customer-centric approach, strong leadership of program and project teams, and the ability to manage risk and change in a matrixed environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $116,700 – $207,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale IT service programs across multiple domains, ensuring successful delivery
• Develop and oversee integrated program plans and budgets to achieve business outcomes
• Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to client executives and stakeholders
• Monitor program performance and address any arising challenges proactively
• Drive a customer-centric approach to program execution, focusing on measurable value

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale IT programs across various technology domains
• 5+ years of experience managing and developing program and project teams
• Proven expertise in program planning, governance, and delivery management
• Strong background in managing risks and change in matrixed environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
