Director, Property Claims Analytics

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Property Claims Analytics to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This leader will oversee a high-impact analytics function focused on improving property claims handling through better insights, stronger decision-making, and more effective processes. The role will partner closely with operations and leadership stakeholders to shape analytical priorities and translate complex findings into practical business actions. It is well suited for a strategic analytics leader who can guide a team, influence outcomes, and help drive financial performance in a regulated insurance environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the claims analytics team to enhance claims handling processes
• Design and execute complex analyses to drive improvements in financial outcomes
• Set the analytical vision and coach team members for optimal performance
• Translate complex data insights into clear narratives for various audiences
• Manage competing priorities and resources strategically to focus on high-impact work

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred
• 8+ years of experience with strong planning and analytical skills
• Expertise in data sources, analytics tools, and industry business drivers
• Proven knowledge of statistical techniques and methodologies
• Proven track record of project management and decision-making
