Director, Provado Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Provado Operations to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This leader will oversee day-to-day operational execution for a transportation network supporting healthcare access and service delivery. The role will focus on improving performance, reducing costs, and enhancing the member experience while driving consistency across markets. You will partner closely with local operations, Finance, Analytics, and vendor partners to strengthen scheduling, utilization, compliance, and launch readiness.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,000 – $149,900 annually

Responsibilities

• Own daily operational execution and overall health of the transportation network
• Lead performance improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance the member experience
• Collaborate with local operations to optimize scheduling and asset utilization
• Develop standard operating procedures to support successful market launches
• Serve as the primary liaison with vendor partners for compliance and performance oversight
• Work with Finance and Analytics to track efficiency trends and forecast needs
• Support client presentations as an operational subject matter expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or operations leadership
• 5+ years in leadership roles
• Experience with P&L management, forecasting, and compliance
• Advanced knowledge of the healthcare and transportation sectors is an advantage
