Director - QualityDocs Strategy

Position Overview

Black Duck is seeking a Director - QualityDocs Strategy to lead strategic planning, process improvement, and quality-focused initiatives. This role will work with cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies and support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QualityDocs strategy and long-term planning
• Develop and improve quality documentation processes
• Partner with product, compliance, and operational teams
• Establish priorities, standards, and performance goals
• Monitor projects, risks, and strategic initiatives
• Present recommendations and progress to leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Quality, or a related field
• Experience in strategy, quality management, or program leadership
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
• Experience with documentation and process improvement
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Pay: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
