Director, Rebate Product Program

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Rebate Product Program to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This leader will drive the strategy and execution of rebate product initiatives that support healthcare-focused operations and business growth. The role will shape the product roadmap, from concept through launch, while ensuring solutions align with compliance requirements and measurable ROI. Cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders, operations, and product teams will be essential to deliver accountable, scalable outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $173,750 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic rebate product roadmap with timelines and ROI analysis
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept to launch
• Conduct research to identify product opportunities and risks
• Ensure products support revenue growth and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product execution
• Establish governance and performance measures for accountability
• Communicate rebate strategy to senior leaders

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in rebate operations, product management, or related fields
• Experience leading product strategy and lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of rebate administration and compliance
• Ability to translate market trends into actionable product requirements
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing priorities
• Strong analytical and program management skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred
