Director, SCM Platform Support

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the function by setting strategic direction and structure in alignment with organizational goals
• Build the best team by identifying, hiring, and developing the right talent across all levels of the function
• Lead and coach people leaders within the team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement
• Present initiative updates, delivery status, and roadmaps to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Prioritize and manage the portfolio of SCM system initiatives and technology requests across the team's backlog
• Oversee the roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics (DAX) and other core supply chain platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Ensure quality of D365 releases through business requirements documentation, UAT coordination, demos, and end-user training
• Develop and maintain frameworks for system enhancement prioritization, documentation, and deployment
• Support escalations and strategic issue resolution in collaboration with internal and external partners
• Own the end-to-end Master Data Management function, including SKU and item master setup across multiple enterprise systems
• Establish and enforce data governance standards, quality controls, and intake processes for master data across the organization
• Monitor data quality metrics and identify opportunities to streamline and scale MDM processes
• Oversee the team's PowerApps and low-code development capability, including the design, build, and maintenance of tools that support team operations
• Ensure low-code solutions are well-documented, sustainable, and built to a consistent standard

Skills and Competencies:

• Proven ability to lead teams responsible for complex, multi-disciplinary functions including platform support, data management, and technical delivery
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational needs into clear system and data requirements
• Deep familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics (DAX/D365), and supply chain processes
• Working knowledge of Master Data Management principles, data governance, and multi-system data stewardship
• Experience with agile methodologies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT coordination
• Familiarity with low-code platforms (Microsoft PowerApps, Power Automate, or equivalent)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting and cross-cultural collaboration
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills across global, matrixed environments
• Demonstrated strength in team leadership, talent development, and managing through other leaders
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving with the ability to make decisions under ambiguity

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 8–10+ years of experience in technology-enabled supply chain, ERP platform leadership, or business process operations roles
• 5+ years in people leadership roles, with demonstrated experience managing other leaders
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (DAX or D365) in a supply chain context strongly preferred
• Experience owning or leading a Master Data Management or data governance function, including SKU/item master management
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with global stakeholders and aggressive delivery timelines
• Experience presenting to senior leaders and navigating executive stakeholder environments
