Director Services Business Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Director Services Business Operations to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leader will oversee the operating rhythm for the services business, bringing clarity to performance, forecasting, and key business decisions. The role will partner closely with sales, finance, and operational leaders to strengthen governance and drive consistent execution across the organization. This is a high-impact opportunity to improve process discipline, visibility, and profitability while supporting broader transformation efforts.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $163,800 – $261,250 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead business operating reviews and KPI management
• Own forecasting and performance visibility processes
• Establish operating standards and governance
• Optimize core services processes for efficiency
• Enhance sales performance through CRM and analytics
• Monitor pricing and profitability metrics
• Drive strategic transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in business operations or related disciplines
• Background in technology services or professional services organizations
• Strong financial, analytical, and business planning skills
• Proven track record in KPI framework development and executive reporting
• Experience in cross-functional transformation and process improvement
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
