Director, Solutions Consulting - Central

For our client, we are seeking a Director Solutions Consulting - Central to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $161,000 – $269,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Consultants, focusing on career growth and skill development
• Conduct coaching sessions and provide performance feedback
• Ensure team proficiency in industry use cases and product capabilities
• Partner with sales teams on customer opportunities and strategic deals
• Serve as a solutions advisor on high-priority engagements, guiding SCs on discovery and solution design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and solution strategies
• Support team readiness through training sessions and by sharing best practices

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar presales role in an enterprise software environment
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven record of supporting enterprise deals and delivering valuable customer engagements
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills to develop technical talent
• Experience in complex system design and enterprise architecture fundamentals
• Familiarity with AI concepts, data architecture, APIs, and SaaS technologies
• Excellent presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities
