Director, Solutions Engineering | East | Remote

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Solutions Engineering | East | Remote to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This leader will guide a high-performing solutions engineering organization across the East region, partnering closely with sales leadership on complex enterprise opportunities. The role is centered on coaching and scaling a team, strengthening cross-functional execution, and shaping customer engagements that support growth in a fast-moving, developer-oriented environment. You will also help reinforce a collaborative culture that values teamwork, healthy debate, and thoughtful customer impact.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $280,000 – $357,000 annually

• Serve as a cultural ambassador who prioritizes team success over individual recognition
• Drive and advise on strategic customer opportunities in partnership with sales leadership
• Foster teamwork and collaboration across functions

Qualifications

• Located on the East Coast of the US
• 2+ years of second-line solutions engineering leadership experience
• Proven ability to scale teams of 30+ employees
• Success in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
• Experience in open source or developer-centric GTM motions
• Extensive background in complex enterprise sales
