Director, TA Infrastructure

For our client, we are seeking a Director, TA Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead the infrastructure and operational backbone of talent acquisition, with a focus on system governance, platform optimization, and cross-functional execution. The position will partner closely with talent acquisition, technology, and product stakeholders to ensure the team has scalable, reliable tools and processes that support hiring goals. It is well suited for someone with deep TA operations experience who can translate business needs into effective system design and measurable performance improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the talent acquisition platform post-implementation to ensure operational excellence.
• Act as a liaison between talent acquisition and product teams to translate technical requirements effectively.
• Govern and design foundational TA systems for interoperability and reliability, with a focus on platform integration.
• Collaborate on training and documentation in preparation for system go-live.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract renewals and optimization discussions.
• Establish metrics to track system health and performance, influencing future strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition technology, operations, and strategy; familiarity with Avature is a plus.
• Previous background as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner, with strong communication skills and credibility with the team.
• Proven record of managing vendor relationships and driving system implementation.
• Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with talent acquisition strategy.
