Director, Talent Development

For our client, we are seeking a Director Talent Development to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide Talent Development strategy aligned with the company’s IMPACT 2027 priorities
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of Talent Development professionals
• Evolve the company’s Talent Development ecosystem to support a high-performance organization
• Leverage AI to modernize learning delivery and improve efficiency
• Establish a consistent approach to learning program design and evaluation for impact
• Engage senior leaders as a strategic partner, translating learning into business outcomes
• Synthesize competing priorities into cohesive learning solutions for diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development, preferably in consulting or professional services
• Demonstrated executive presence; ability to influence and engage senior leaders
• Deep expertise in adult learning and instructional design for diverse, hybrid workforces
• Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen with a client-centric approach to learning investments
• Experience in designing enterprise-wide leadership development programs
• Fluency in AI tools and emerging technologies for learning modernization
• Proficient with digital learning tools and vendor management
