Director, Talent Development

The Director, Talent Development provides strategic leadership, governance and oversight for all learning, technical and Saudi talent development initiatives across the organization. The role is accountable for building a future-ready workforce by aligning talent development strategies with business objectives, Saudi national’s workforce priorities and industry standards. The Director ensures integration, consistency and effectiveness across Learning & Development, Saudi Talent Development, and Technical Development, while maintaining strong governance, budget and compliance with Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental standards.
