Director, Technical Architecture – Oracle Cloud Fusion Integrations

For our client, we are seeking a Director Technical Architecture – Oracle Cloud Fusion Integrations to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $167,280 – $230,010 annually

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize systems and data landscape for supply chain and finance processes
• Establish reference architecture and best practices for cloud integrations and middleware
• Lead the design and development of new requirements leveraging Oracle Fusion ERP and related tools
• Implement integrations, APIs, and data flows between Oracle Fusion and other systems
• Manage the Horizon Architecture Review Board to resolve issues and document architectural decisions
• Develop end-to-end data models that connect customer systems to ERP
• Drive DevOps practices for automated build and deployment pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including 5 in a senior leadership role
• 5+ years of experience as an enterprise architect
• Proven expertise in ERP consolidations, implementations, and migrations in complex organizations
• Strong knowledge of middleware platforms like Oracle Integration Cloud
• Experience with API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms
• Strong foundation in enterprise architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman
