该职位来源于猎聘 JOB PURPOSE: Lead China Technical Services team to drive business growth and operational excellence through unified technical governance, central expert technical support, systematic risk control, techno-commercial optimization and cross-regional knowledge sharing across our full energy and desalination asset portfolio. JOB DIMENSIONS: Central In-House Technical Expertise & Strategic Decision Support  manage a centralized technical knowledge center, assembling a cross-disciplinary team of senior technical specialists for renewable energy, Green Hydrogen and seawater desalination, drive cross-functional technical initiatives, ensuring internal technical capabilities align with the company’s short-term and long-term development roadmap.  Provide technical advisory to the related teams, resolve complex high-impact technical bottlenecks, and deliver technical insights to inform corporate investment and project-level decision-making. Technical Custodianship / Governance  Develop, roll out and enforce consistent global technical standards, design specifications and industry best practices globally across the GEOs.  Implement standardized technical compliance protocols and launch sustained continuous improvement programs to unify technical delivery quality worldwide. Techno-Commercial Optimization & LCOE Minimization  Lead to deliver high-performance, cost-efficient technical configurations for all renewable and desalination assets.  Champion end-to-end techno-commercial optimization, identify efficiency improvement levers to achieve the lowest viable Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE). New Technology Evaluation & Market-Aligned Innovation  Lead pre-feasibility analysis and cost-benefit assessments for emerging technologies applicable to renewables and seawater desalination. Evaluate innovative and technical upgrades, aligning technology adoption plans with global market demands and China business development priorities. FEED Studies  Oversee all Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) studies for EPCM and renewable energy capital projects.  Lead Balance of Plant (BOP) optimization, delivering robust, cost-effective front-end engineering designs for all investment pipeline projects. Engineering Management& Project Execution Oversight  Manage full-lifecycle coordination of all engineering activities for renewable and desalination projects and take accountability for engineering quality, schedule adherence and technical deliverables throughout project execution.  Lead the evaluation, selection and performance management of internal and external engineering teams in project execution Project Technical Ros Review  Lead full technical Return on Spend (RoS) reviews for all projects.  Oversee validation of project technical compliance, drive improvements to asset reliability and optimize performance. resolve operational technical issues to reduce unplanned downtime and boost overall operational efficiency. Technician Risk Management  Build and maintain the corporate Technical Risk Register covering full project lifecycles; assess global material technical risks and roll out targeted mitigation plans.  Conduct regular risk reviews to avoid technical failures and associated financial losses. Others  Lead and develop the Technical Services team, manage departmental budgets and align closely with cross-functional internal stakeholders.  Build cross-regional knowledge sharing networks and standardize project lessons learned for global replication. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree and above. Minimum Experience:  15 years’ relevant industry experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a technical department leadership capacity. Minimum Skills:  Extensive experience covering FEED, LCOE optimization and enterprise technical services and risk management.  Deep knowledge of renewable energy and seawater desalination technical infrastructure.  Strong cross-regional leadership, strategic decision-making and executive-level stakeholder communication skills.  Good command of English
