  • Advise families on governance, legacy planning, and long-term stewardship considerations as part of holistic wealth strategies
  • Collaborating with other planning resources on specific subject matters and partners in the acquisition of new clients
  • Conducting and reviewing research, as appropriate, and developing tax, estate, and other analyses and plans. Making generally accepted recommendations to the team and clients.
  • Providing direction to and overseeing Private Client personnel in the development of work product
  • Maintaining current in-depth knowledge of a full range of estate planning-oriented services (e.g., personal trusts, living trusts, wills, estate and tax planning)
  • Maintaining periodic contact with clients in coordination with the relationship partner
  • Deepening existing relationships by working with integrated Private Client teams
  • Retaining, expanding, and deepening existing relationships in collaboration with relationship partners
  • Identifying solutions and services as sales opportunities to enhance existing client relationships
  • Developing new client relationships through networking, prospecting, and referrals by being actively involved in networking at key organizations
  • Assessing and effectively managing all the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support Enterprise Risk
  • Having knowledge, insight, and knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; the ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations
  • Act as a representative of the Wealth Strategy platform internally and externally, modeling best practices in collaboration, judgment, and client leadership

Minimum Qualifications:
