Advance ecommerce and conversion experiences, continually improving and other high-value conversion moments.

Design across the full customer journey, creating coherent experiences across acquisition, exploration, consideration, purchase, onboarding, and engagement.

Use data to identify and prioritize opportunities, combining qualitative research with behavioral analytics, funnel performance, experimentation results, conversion metrics, and other signals.

Build a culture of continuous optimization, moving beyond one-time redesigns toward an iterative model in which experiences are continually measured, tested, learned from, and improved.

Stay ahead of evolving web and design practices, including AI-enabled experiences, personalization, emerging interaction patterns, ecommerce innovation, experimentation methods, accessibility, and new design and development technologies.

Develop outstanding talent by coaching and mentoring designers, strengthening UX and UI craft, building commercial and analytical fluency, developing future design leaders, and creating an environment where teams can do their best work.
