Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager for our day program in Castle Rock, Colorado. We are focused on building autonomy, life skills, social skills, independent living skills and overall quality of life. We accept ALL people with disabilities and tailor our care to each person in our program.
Responsibilities
- Plan activities (paid plan time during your work hours)
- Communicate with clients
- Manage and support team of caregivers
- Implement schedule
- Problem solve and make decisions
- Collaborate with admin team as needed
- Delegate as needed
Requirements
- Experience managing a team
- Experience with disability caregiving or Special Education
***Hourly rate is a starting rate and will be reviewed after 60 days based on performance.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
