Female Disability Support Worker – Point Cook

Assigned Guardian Angel (AGA) is seeking a reliable and compassionate Female Disability Support Worker to provide ongoing support to a participant located in Point Cook, VIC.

Shifts

• Monday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Wednesday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
• Thursday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
• 12 hours per week
• Ongoing regular shifts

About the Role

You will provide person-centred support to assist the participant with their daily routine, independence and wellbeing. Duties may include:

• Assistance with daily living activities
• In-home support
• Community access and appointments
• Light household duties
• Providing companionship and meaningful engagement
• Following the participant's care plan and support requirements
• Completing progress notes after each shift

Requirements

Applicants must have:

• Experience working as a Disability Support Worker
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working with Children Check, where applicable
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Valid Australian driver's licence
• Reliable transport
• Good communication skills
• Reliability and commitment to ongoing shifts
