ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Disability Support Workers — both male and female — to join our team providing high-quality, person-centred support to participants with complex physical disability needs.

You will be working with NDIS participants across home and community settings. Shifts are available 7 days a week across morning and evening — no overnight shifts.

SHIFT AVAILABILITY

Morning shifts - 2hrs

Evening shifts - 2hrs

Shifts run 7 days a week — no overnight shifts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Medication administration and management - Eye drops
• Community access and social participation
• General household tasks as required
• Accurate documentation and progress notes

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Experience with medication administration
• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or equivalent (or currently enrolled)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to person-centred support

REMUNERATION

Paid in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services (SCHADS) Industry Award 2010. Casual loading applies. Classification is determined by qualifications and experience.
