About the Role

We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Disability Support Worker to join our team providing high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) setting. You'll help participants build independence, achieve their goals, and live a great life in their home and community.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing personal care, daily living support, and community access assistance
• Supporting participants to build skills and independence in line with their individual support plans
• Assisting with domestic tasks, meal preparation, and household routines
• Documenting shift notes, incidents, and progress accurately using ShiftCare
• Working collaboratively with a small team and Team Leader to ensure consistent, quality support
• Following individual behaviour support plans, risk assessments, and health/safety procedures

About You

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field (or working towards)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates
• Valid SA driver's licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting people with disability
• Availability to work a mix of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers
• Experience in SIL or complex support highly regarded but not essential — full training provided
